How to type on a pdf form

Don’t you just wish there is a way for you to type in a PDF form, you know one of those information forms that you need to print out and fill in your particulars with a pen? Wouldn’t it be great if you know how to type on a pdf form?

Indeed it would be and it’s easy too! First of all, you will need to download the latest version of Acrobat Reader to open the PDF files you want. With the latest version of Acrobat Reader installed, you can just start typing into the fields provided by the author just by point your mouse cursor into the text field. When your mouse icon turned into a text cursor, click on it and you will be able to type in your details.

It is important to that you will not be able to save a completed copy of the PDF form after you have filled it up with the proper details. So be sure that you print it out immediately so that you don’t have to do it again just in case. You never know… black out, computer froze, windows hanged, blue screen of death or you accidentally click on the x button and boom, everything is gone! So be sure to backup what your particulars too, unless of course you don’t mind doing it again.

If the PDF file still doesn’t allow you to edit it, you will need to get the full version of Acrobat Pro or Adobe Illustrator to edit the text. Once you have fill it out electronically, you can simply print it out easily.
